Masterminding

Success leaves clues. And I’ve been searching for the perfect mastermind that can help me go to the next level but I have not found it. 

Let me explain first why I love masterminding.

A Mastermind is where you gather with others that have relatable business growth pains and challenges to share insights, or learn ways to overcome them, you often are learning something you wouldn’t otherwise. 

I’ve always valued and preferred learning through hearing other’s experiences. There is an overwhelming overflow of content available but it’s so potent when it’s coming from someone who has been there before. 

I love this format so much I hosted my own mastermind a bunch of times. The Business Optimization Mastermind I hosted last year had 15 incredible entrepreneurs gaining clarity and generating momentum towards their business goals. 

I also hosted several in person mastermind events, where I invited high performing entrepreneurs in Mexico City to join and share their key challenges and they would walk away with triggers or action steps on how to approach it or just make new like-minded friends. 

Actively being able to support each other in entrepreneurship is something I’ve always valued. Because when you are growing a business - it’s not easy. You are often on your own, trying to figure it all out. 

To help each other out can be so impactful just to know you are not in this alone. Others may have had similar obstacles to you and dealt with situations with certain focuses or attacks you had not. 

I love the energy of masterminding. Coming in with true intention of growth and value sharing. Stepping away feeling refreshed, reminded of all the great work you’ve done and feeling like you have helped someone in their own journey. 

So I love masterminding. 

I am still on the hunt for a mastermind to help me reach 7 figures and that is not predominantly men. I’ve been told I’m generally more of a masculine energy anyway but I’d like a little balance in the genders because I will have this whole motherhood element that I’d like to hear how other women have navigated.

I’m in search for one that’s not centered around just mindset / spirituality but around true growth action. Most masterminding does need to address what are the blockers that prevent you from moving forward and half the time it’s ourselves. 

Part of me feels like I should just host one again. But when I do, I love to go all out and it’s a lot of energy that I pour into these. 

That's another reason why I'd just like to find one where I can learn and absorb from other successful people. Get insights and see their way of life that enables them the 7 figure profit. 

I am so abundant in knowledge of Marketing, Tech and systems, but sometimes its that presence of peers that host in accountability, that serve as inspiration that also believe in you that help you reach your next set of goals. 

Accountability is the missing element for me. And what truly drives you forward. When you feel truly supported, like you can believe in yourself to get there and be reminded of all that you are worthy and capable of. 

It shifts you into gears, into a mode of activation and persistence. 

I love that.
