My epic community, my friends.

I want to honor the incredible community I have curated. I have great taste in friends.

The truth is I am unable to waste my time with anyone who is not worthy of attention - I say that with a respect that anyone deserves. I naturally do not engage or lose interest very quickly in a relationship that holds zero substance. 

Although I’m naturaly an extrovert & can direct most conversations I also have a lot of trouble maintaining focus in one that to be frank is not interesting. 

I’m also bad at interactions of only complaint. I am aware that sometimes we need to vent. But I enjoy the kind of rants, where we welcome possible action after and invite guidance or solutions. 

I pick up on these things, because I spent a lot of my life in business networking in events, in startup & entreprenuership and to a certain point, there’s just people at different points in that journey that are not level with yours. Which is fine for them - everyone is at a different point. 

But you get really good and understanding the difference in people who are all talk vs those who are actual business owners scaling and simply the kind of people that are going to be supporting you in your growth within your dynamic. 

Others might be learning along the way or they are just stepping into the world - it might be that you are about 5 years past that particular range of experiences & you are currently discovering a new world - It is not about being ‘ahead’ or ‘behind’ but its definetly all about ‘alignment’ & timing. 

What intrigues you currently, what is the challenges you are solving in your life NOW. That you need to find input and intrigue to make decisions in the now. That’s the kind of people you start to curate around you. 

I literally have the coolest people in my life. & I just want to give myself a huge pat on the back for attracting some of the most intelligent, kind, like minded humans from all over the world. 

Wow. I’m so fucking honored to have this community, You know who you are. 

I’ve harped on about the rule of ‘how you become the average of the  5 people around you’ - this is why it’s integral to be intentional of who these 5 are. 

The consistent interactions are what kind of thoughts are triggered for you, those conversations and that energy are what influence your field. You get to control that narrative - if you have high performing entreprenuers who make you think around you - then you will naturally in a state of flow growth.

Thought = Focus and Focus = Energy. 

We curate the energy. 

Whenever I hosted one of my masterminds. I’ve leave feeling immense value, like I had great action & like I”d contributed to someone else’s business. Probably one of my favourite feelings. 

This doesn’t come immediately either, there’s not one event where everyone you meet is epic (except for my events) haha. But I found each person over time, we actively make an effort to maintain a friendship over time that’s not just based on give & take. 

Very proud of the community I have. Very thankfful for the love. Love you all x
